Im using a software called hyper vre that generates pages for my project so I dont need a website designed I just need the header graphic inserted so that it shows up  when the pages are uploaded because it doesn't show up now. I need the header graphic only, not the whole website, and I need it to show up correctly and not be distorted on firefox and ie.
