35,000+ hours UGII versions 7 thru NX5 utilizing parametrics, Sketcher, Spreadsheet, Assemblies & Components, and Wave.

Vast experience at complex solids modeling, such as transmission housings, oil pans, various aircraft, automotive, agricultural/industrial equipment, and consumer products. Experienced in designing tooling and modeling parts from lofted surfaces. Also have created surfaced models from lofted points.

30+ years experience designing and/or building tooling for aerospace, automotive, agricultural/industrial equipment, and consumer products. Examples of such tooling include, but are not limited to, bond jigs, assembly jigs/fixtures, single/progressive stamping dies, plastic and aluminum injection molds, mill fixtures, drill jigs, welding fixtures, optical alignment tools, etc.

20+ years experience utilizing GD&T (current with ASME Y14.5M 1994) in design and manufacturing.
