Director – Digital Strategy & Analytics
Direct multiple teams that lead, create and direct analytics and marketing measurements surrounding digital creative, marketing and advertising effectiveness, and implementation of best practices for digital creative for General Motors online advertising, websites, and creative on key third party automotive sites
Direct marketing and advertising campaigns based on tested and learned strategies by developing best practices through economic and statistical methods
Serve as company leader for market research best practices and methods, that are applied directly to creative units, consumer usability, and account planning direction
Provide strategic recommendations and scans on the changing marketing landscape, competitive intelligence research, both automotive and non-automotive, as new technologies emerge and alter the way that marketers must reach consumers
Define scope, recommended approaches and manage execution of strategy and strategy planning, while managing teams of people as well
Contribute to formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, both leveraging existing intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts
Consistent engagement with high profile clients ranging from VP’s, to Board Members, where my team’s data and strategic recommendations are presented. Key client relationship building is one of the keys to my success, as well as business development.
Provide leadership and direction to assigned staff on all aspects of client deliverables including preparation, management of project budgets, and resource allocation
Serve as an account team partner in aligning marketing productivity with a client’s broader business goals and objectives
Contribute to the development and presentation of new business proposals to new and existing clients
Mentor junior staff members, create training opportunities for new staff members and participate in the hiring of new employee
