At Galindo Enterprises we bring a wealth of talent to any industry in need of accounting, bookkeeping, data entry, web page design and maintenance.  The CEO is a certified paralegal who began her career in office management taking over accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.  She earned recognition for creating policy for cost analysis/reductions bringing receivables up to date and minimizing loss in cost of sales.  She was responsible for budgeting and forecasting using excel spreadsheet and charts for weekly and quarterly reporting.  She earned web page design certification to create an in-house web page design and maintenance, thereby decreasing the cost of web page marketing.  The company recognized her contributions with the prestigious Most Valuable Employee award and eventually promoted her to the Business Manager position where she oversees all sectors of the business, from product manufacturing to sales, financial planning, making weekly and quarterly financial reports to the Board of Directors.  She started in the Freelance business 2 years ago offering bookeeping and web page designs to her customers.  Her staff is talented in all aspects of bookkeeping, with strong emphasis in cost anlysis reduction, customer collections and invoice billing, web page design.  Her staff members are college graduates and represent themselves and the company with great professionalism.  We have recently expanded our services to include RFP Proposal Writing and Project Management.  Our project manager team director has a Masters in Computer Science, and is a certified PMP.
