ACCOUNTS:

? Preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Annual Report etc.

? Liasioning with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Consultants and Statutory Authorities like Income Tax, Service Tax etc.

Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements under various Acts and also with requirements of Indian GAAP.

FINANCE:
? Preparation of Project Report submitted to Banks & Financial Institutions for term loan and Feasibility Report for Evaluation of Project.
? Liasoning with bankers for arrangement of temporary overdrafts, Letter of Credit, Investment of short-term surplus funds to get optimum return.
? Ensuring availability of funds for day to day routine activities as well as for capital expenditure.

MIS :

? Identification of the key controls for management reliance and coordination with the external audit team regarding the sufficiency and appropriateness of the identified key controls.
? Preparation of different types of reports required at different levels of Management. Comparison of actual and budgeted data, preparation of variance report, analysis of the reason of variance in consultation with operational heads.

TAXATION:

? Preparation of data for tax audit reports, Liasoning with tax consultants, ensuring timely deductions and payments of withholding tax, preparation of tax certificates and returns.

ERP:

? Worked extensively in Oracle Financials Release 11.5.9, 11.5.10,R 12.Currently on an implementation project on Release 12.  

? My Experience comprises of Systems Implementation, Project Finance, Appraisal of accounting systems, Management Reporting, Study and Review of Operational and Functional Controls, Planning and coordinating Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal and System Audit.

? My ERP experience includes testing, Support, development, & Implementation of Oracle Application for financial modules and conducting orientation classes for end users.

? Experience in Internal Control Study and Risk Assessment in the IT controlled environment using COSO and COBIT framework as recommended by Sarbanes Oxley Act,2002(SOX).
