We are able to offer you the personal attention you need to run your business more effectively while allowing you to concentrate on the "business" of running your business. In today's busy world it is almost impossible for the small business owner to wear all of the hats that need to be worn in order to succeed at his/her chosen vocation.
A Virtual Office Assistant is able to help with your administrative, website and secretarial needs without the hassle of hiring another "employee". We offer a complete line of office services for all of your growing office needs. These services include but are not limited to, data entry, word processing, transcription services and internet research. We offer desktop publishing of newsletters, brochures, flyers, letterhead, business cards, restaurant menus, and most other projects. We help organize your time schedule by scheduling appointments, handling email, transmitting and receiving faxes, travel arrangements, bill paying and bookkeeping. We also offer proofreading and copy editing services as well as event and meeting planning. On a more personal level we offer gift/card purchasing for clients.
