Communication

Here at 1st Floor Engineering we have perfected the way we share data with our clients. Client's designs, sketches, ideas and concepts can be faxed, couriered, mailed, scanned, e-mailed or FTP’d.

Communication is always well documented; better than most in-house operations due to the e-mail and instant messaging trails of data produced. Of course the good old telephone is our number one source of communication; and with long distance rates being at an all time low, the cost of communicating is fairly cheap.

Security

Your private data is of upmost importance to us. When you send us your project information, you can be sure that all electronic data is safely stored behind our firewalls. All our clients will receive a password for secure data transfer via our ftp site. All of your information is retained with us only as long as you want it to be -- if you want it erased immediately after your project is complete -- consider it done.

Drawings Done Your Way

As with all our CAD services that we provide, our drafting services are geared to be customized to suit each client’s specific needs. All of our drafting personnel follow strict CAD standards. These can be your company's specific standards, industry standards (such as AIA, etc.), or we can create a set of standards just for you. Bottom line, your drawings are created for you just the way you want them.
