Service Description:
Having over 11 years of real estate experience I able to assist agents with many different taks.  I am able to assist with maintaining listings, marketing, and writing/submitting adverting.  Being in the real estate field I have obtained knowledge to run Agent Office and Top Producer.  I am able to keep my clients contact data base up to date for their listing and closing files.

Owning a real estate closing company which I assisted real estate agents as well as a team of agents has given me the experience to handle closings from contract to close. While handling the transactions I am in constant contact with mortgage companies, attorney’s offices and all parties involved in the transaction.  In addition, I am licensed which enables me to assist agents with their day to day tasks.  

Being a virtual assistant I have obtained many programs to assist me with my work. I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point and Microsoft writer (similar to Adobe Writer).  Also I have a toll free number and e-fax so that my clients may contact me at no charge to them.  

I am very detailed orientated and take great pride in my work.  Clients of mine know that I love my work, am eager to learn more and am always up for a challenge.
Payment Terms:
I charge 14.00 an hour for administrative work paid biweekly or due at time of completion if handling projects that have a due date.
