I love making videos.  I love making videos that you love.  With five years of professional experience I have created and shot videos in a wide range of environments.  From weddings and live events to corporate training videos to artistic, stylized short films.

While many people are great at what they do from a technical standpoint, good video always keeps the story central and works to get the best from its characters and talent.  Most difficult are interviewees that don't have a lot experience in front of a camera.  I worked several interview-style videos, coaxing emotion and conciseness from the subject, giving the editor or client plenty of great footage to use.

Visuals, though, are just as important to me.  I don't settle for standard shots, when a little creativity will add a necessary punch.  Being an editor, as well, I try to set up and shoot to make it as easy as possible for the post-production crew.  I use professional HD cameras, sound and lighting equipment to give the client the most bang for their buck.

I am comfortable in many different environments, having shot videos for non-profit organizations, large corporations and local police.  Each client necessitates a unique audience and a unique voice.  It's those kinds of challenges that I love in producing video.  Years of being a public speaker have uniquely prepared me to think first of the audience and the message or story they will be receiving.

In addition to videography, I also have mastered Final Cut Studio's non-linear editing suite, providing fast, accurate, creative and dynamic final products.  From rough edit to DVD authoring, I will take your footage and turn it into the video that you want for the environment you need.  I am often at my best working under tight deadlines trying to produce something compelling and well-done for a client that needs a great video fast.
