With decades of experience providing professional meeting and event planning services, Convention Industry Council's gold standard CMP certification and affiliations with both nationally and internationally respected organizations such as MPI (Meeting Planners International) and GMIC (Green Meetings Industry Council), we have the know how to design your event with you and your goals in mind. We are not secretaries, bankers, personal shoppers, virtual assistants or anything other than experts in meetings and events.

Perform on-site management and follow-up

We take care of the details of your event, allowing you and your team the ability to perform your usual job tasks uninterrupted. The amount of involvement and planning you provide is up to you. By contracting directly with us, your events are handled by experienced and enthusiastic professionals. Once contracted, we work directly with your vendors and their affiliates to set up your function according to your requests and expectations, saving you time and money.
