Service Description:
Gatherings by Design, LLC provides uniquely detailed and strategic  planning services for corporate, non-profit and personal events.  With decades of experience providing professional meeting and event planning services, Convention Industry Council's gold standard CMP certification and affiliations with both nationally and internationally respected organizations such as MPI (Meeting Planners International) and GMIC (Green Meetings Industry Council), we have the know how to design your event with you and your goals in mind.  We are not secretaries, bankers, personal shoppers, virtual assistants or anything other than experts in meetings and events.

Cookie cutter events are not our thing.  “Total experience” integrated themes are our passion. Excellence is our signature.  We work passionately to create a specially designed event that perfectly reflects the tastes and wishes of you, the client and host.  We listen carefully to your objectives and then custom design an event that distinctively represents your image and appeals to your demographic.  With our vendor relationships, innovative ideas and comprehensive logistical planning, we are able to develop and implement a plan from budget to completion and beyond.  
It is our goal to work with you to create a memorable experience for both you and your attendees that strategically and thoroughly accomplishes your objectives and sets you on a path toward future success with your events.  From corporate, non-profit and public events, to personal celebrations and private affairs, Gatherings by Design, LLC specializes in creating the perfect event for your occasion.
We partner with you and work on your behalf to:
Design a strategic event concept,
Plan and manage you budget,
Select the most appropriate venues,
Perform thorough site inspections prior to contract signing,
Identify reputable vendors for additional services such as audio visual, catering, transportation, speakers, décor, entertainment, etc.,
Negotiate contracts to ensure you receive the best possible value for your event investment,
Manage consultations,
Coordinate logistics,
Assist with promotional materials,
Recruit and coordinate sponsors,
Perform on-site management and follow-up
Do all of the above with consideration of the environmental impact and the community!
We take care of the details of your event, allowing you and your team the ability to perform your usual job tasks uninterrupted.  The amount of involvement and planning you provide is up to you.  By contracting directly with us, your events are handled by experienced and enthusiastic professionals. Once contracted, we work directly with your vendors and their affiliates to set up your function according to your requests and expectations, saving you time and money.
