Thank you for taking the time to review my profile and portfolio. My name is Chad and I am a freelance Flash developer and vector graphics designer. I'm ready to work for you and/or your company to deliver top-tier designs and development on-time and within budget.
Some of my bigger clients have included: Best Buy, Sprint, WalMart, U.S. Cellular, AT&T, SunCom, Cricket Wireless, RIM/BlackBerry, and MetroPCS, just to name a few.
As you can see, I offer up corporate design-house skills with a competitive contractor rate that fits most budgets.

My skills and services include, but are not limited to:
• Flash development and design (Currently Flash 8 w/AS2)
• Flash-based GUI development for websites, touch-screens, kiosks, and digital signage

• Video editing, and post/pre processing for Flash integration

Experience & Qualifications:
• Degree in Multimedia
• Over 10 years designing websites and GUI's
• Worked at two sign shops as graphic designer
• 5 years (and counting) developing Flash-based GUI's for retail touch-screen kiosks
• Work with network of contractors and clients on daily basis to coordinate projects and meet deadlines.
My rate is $30/hr and will be used as a base to provide estimates on projects. Payment terms on all invoices for completed work is Net30. All contractual agreements are negotiated and determined for each project on an individual basis.
*** IMPORTANT NOTES ***
My preferred methods of payment are ACH or Company Check (U.S. bank only. Company name and address must be printed on front of check). All funds are subject to verification prior to deposit.
Any other types of payments such as Money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, PayPal, etc. will be discussed and dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
I do not release final project files until funds have been verified and cleared. Time to verify/clear funds depends on the speed of the bank(s). All projects will remain viewable on my test server during this time.
Any payment that does not clear, or any invoice that remains unpaid past 30 days, will result in negative feedback and reporting to iFreelance administration. NO EXCEPTIONS!! And of course, you will not receive your files.
