We are a house plan design firm in the North Florida area.  I have been designing homes in this area for over 10 years using Softplan Architectural Design software.

We also have a large selection of permit-ready stock plans you can choose from ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft. to 6,000+ sq. ft.

We can custom design your home or (home building contractors) clients dream home per their ideas, offering suggestions if requested to help create best flow of living space and/or for those that are on a budget; the most house for their money!

We also work in conjunction with Licensed Engineers & Architects to provide signed & sealed, permit ready plans that meet all local building codes.

We can easily work with you on your project via fax and email, sending drawings and revisions during the whole design process, exporting files via .pdf, .dwg, .dxf, .jpg or .bmp.
I also have an in-house large format printer for printing drawings at common scales, for example: 1/4" = 1'-0".  And would be happy to at any time, print and mail your drawings for easier review during the process. And of course we will provide you with scaled sets of construction ready drawings at the end of the design process.

Our fees are based on a per square foot price for home plans or at an hourly rate for remodel/addition designs, 3D renderings etc.  We can also quote a complete package price if preferred.
