I have over 12 years experience in " hands on " business management practices with privately owned companies and corporations alike. I have developed and implemented multiple training programs, including the core foundations, as well as job descriptions/requirements. I am a proven developer of marketing strategy, while sometimes unorthodox, that has yielded sales increases ranging from 3% to upwards of 14% vs the client's previous year's sales. I have been involved in direct oversite of company operations and managed finances ranging from $2.7 million to $15.9 million in annual sales volume.
My associates and I also provide complete career planning for individuals. Salary negotiations, time management skills, developing the proper management skills, and everything in between. I can provide individuals with an unrivaled " sports agent " type of attention and personalized representation.
