I have 15+ years experience working in a variety of office environments,
all of which included some form of typing, transcription, and/or data entry or office assistant/support type of work. I also made up countless manuals for training purposes and have done many, many mass mailings. I  am proficient in research, general transcription, straight copy typing, data entry, preparing and sending mass mailings and also Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. I use Express Scribe for ease in transcribing and am proficient in both audio and video transcription.
