Why settle for a 2D solution in a 3D world?

In about the same time it takes someone to draw a flat, 2D image, I can craft you a 3D model of your logo, button graphic, product prototype, or whatever you need. Once the model is built it can be rendered at any angle, under any lighting, against any background, as many times as you like. Want animation that's catchier than just a flat, spinning logo? Can do! If I build you a custom model you'll get more than just images: you'll get the actual model in a couple of common 3D formats for future use. How's that for leveraging your investment?

Retiring from the USAF in 2002 has allowed me the freedom to explore my passion for 3D graphics. Over the years I've used 3D modeling tools to create/animate aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator and Combat Flight Simulator, to create advertising copy for clients as diverse as a floral shop or an etching artist, to craft business logos for everything from a rock band to a cat sitter, and to create technical illustrations for various industry software manuals and presentations. With a MS in computer science, and decades of military and industry experience in software engineering and modeling & simulation, I'm especially sensitive to the needs of technically-oriented clients. Although web design is not a primary focus, I can easily create an eye-catching web presence for just about any enterprise, and my 3D graphic skills ensure a healthy dose of original content to draw from.

I do most of my modeling and animating in Rhinoceros 3D, a NURBS-based modeler with extensive application in industrial design and rapid prototyping that supports a wide array of model formats.  I also have extensive experience with LightWave, as well as in importing and animating models in 3DS Max.
