We specialize in data management, list building, customer service, Medical Transcription & Billing, lead generation and marketing for Financial Services, Utilities, Healthcare, Automotive, and Direct Marketing companies. I2c established as the international outsourced services unit of different Companies from USA & Canada.

At i2c, our mission is to empower the brightest in human resources with the best in Training and latest in Technology to provide innovative and cost-effective customer relationship and business process management solutions for our clients. I2c is not just a call center; we can assist your business with its overall marketing strategy, data research, target marketing, customer service, and back-office needs.

Our Infrastructure
Currently, i2c is operating outsourced service centers in Veriginia and Canada - a 24,000 sq. ft., 450+-seats Support center. The company also operates a Sales office and Network Operation Center in USA, Canada and UK.

Our Outsourcing facilities are equipped with high security, Data Back-up and Redundancy measures, Back-up Power supplies, including back-up generator and connections with two different power suppliers, IPLC connectivity. All hardware and software is maintained for maximum efficiency.

Our Employees
I2c has relationships with various employment agencies and training centers, which facilitate the recruitment and training of new talent. Our in-house Human Resources carefully evaluate each new candidate, in search of the right experience, skill, and character fit for the job. Each new recruit undergoes the extensive training, including accent elimination and cultural understanding. Each group of 12-15 agents is monitored by a senior-level Supervisor. Employees are offered a competitive salary, benefits and incentives commensurate with experience and skill, as well as an in-house lounge, and private transportation to and from work. Most employees work a single 8 hour shift, 5-6 days a week.
