Service Description:
I've been very fortunate to be able to make my way, along with my wonderful
partner, in the creative world for the past 30 years. Along the way we have
created and worked on projects in print, film, television, museum and themed
entertainment, working with clients all over the world, bringing their
visions into reality.
In the course of this, we've had the pleasure of creating a wide variety of
projects-logos, presentations, vinyl graphics for Redstone rockets and other
vehicles, audio/visual programs, storyboards, even 80 of the world's
greatest buildings in 1:24 scale (so, for instance the WTC was 60 ft tall)
for a park in Seoul, Korea. We shot an 8 minute film of Civil War naval
battles for the National Civil War Naval Museum (as well as designing all
their exhibits), and we've produced three feature films. We produce books
for our project proposals, logos for each, websites to support them, lots of
parts and pieces that make up the larger whole of each project. No project
is too big, or too small. It is the joy of helping each client find their
dream that drives us.
We use all the major design tools, and I'm also a fine artist, so you get
the both these sets of skills. Our experience lets us take any size project
from beginning rough ideas to completion-on time and on budget. My goal
here on iFreelance is to apply my experience and design sense to your
vision, so that together we can create something wonderful for you.
News Flash: Roylco, a producer of children's educational products, selected us to illustrate a project on the systems of the body. They were so pleased with the results that they hired us for a second project. These samples have recently been added to this portfolio.
In February we were honored to be selected to design the
exhibits for the upcoming CSS Neuse Museum in Kinston, North Carolina.
We've completed the first phase of design, called Schematic Design, which
means working with the clients to roughly figure out what sorts of things
will be inside the facility and how large each will be. When the client is
ready we will move to the next phase, in which it will be determined exactly
what everything will look like, write the texts, and start building plans.
Also, I'm pleased to announce that Bite Size Thoughts,
http://www.bitesizethoughts.com/ , an iFreelance client, selected us to
produce pages for their home schooling product. They officially awarded to
one vendor, though a number of us vendors are actually working for them. I
have one set of pages in the portfolio here.
In December 2008 we partnered with Green 2 Gold, helping green businesses
grow. www.green2gold.org Skyfire is one of their projects-see their logo
in our portfolio.
I'm looking forward to meeting you. Drop me a line if we can help on your
next project.
