Collectively we have over 40 years of experience in design and programming; including the various design software programs and knowledge of the many programming methods available (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and PERL).

Every project is scheduled from the beginning to have milestone reviews and comment due dates. During the review process, we will communicate to you what kind of critique we need and specifically what elements or pieces we need in order to complete your project. We constantly ask ourselves, do you as the client comprehend our steps and do you feel comfortable in the process, if the answer is ever "no" we will then make the appropriate changes thus making sure the answer becomes, "yes".

Phases in the design process are, preliminary, rough, final, and delivery. After we understand your goals and have a solution, we are ready to begin work on your project. It is very important to have a direction, plan, or purpose for your goals, i.e. a road map. Without a map or proper management of your project, you run the risk of loosing and wasting precious hours throughout the process. In regards to the proofing process, we utilize email, web, or mailing printed proofs.

We ensure your projects are 100% complete and all questions answered before delivery. Throughout the process, we monitor all printing, mailing, and production to ensure every piece to your marketing puzzle is consistent and correct. Our relationships with our clients do not end when the project is complete.
