Service Description:
-20 years’ experience in all aspects of healthcare marketing communications
-Primary liaison with manufacturers, primarily marketing, eMarketing, marketing communications, thought leaders and accredited providers
oResponsible for strategic oversight and growth of current and new accounts, including market analysis and planning, message development, budgeting, and execution plans
•Range of promotional and accredited activities: live, print, web-based, electronic
oLeads account team to develop interactive programs on target with marketing objectives, clinical information, strategic timing and budget
•Involved in all phases of programs and established “Best Practices” in education and promotion – works closely with all stakeholders to ensure all details are covered
•Responsible for recruitment strategy and execution to ensure high level of acquisition and program participation
-Innovative promotional programs include on-line interactions (eDetails), tablet PC-based programs for field presentations (eLunch & Learn/iRep), eAdvisory Boards (nonpromotional), on-line Faculty Training and Certification, interactive programs conducted at exhibit booths and on-line sales training
-Educational activities include monographs (home study activities), slide kits, medical posters, advisory boards, symposia (US and international), faculty training, webinars, multi-site teleconferences
-Development and implementation of in-depth aggregate data reports and insightful data analyses of programs
-Preparation of necessary compliance and data reports in addition to Regulatory submissions
oFamiliar with all types of submission requirements to showcase value of programs and increase understanding and support among demanding medical, regulatory and legal reviewers
