My name is Darius Powell.  I'm a graduate of the United States Military Academy and have an M.B.A. from Duke University.  For the last twenty years, I've been an officer in the US Army and a sales/operations executive with Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay, Inc. and the Coors Brewing Company.  I've had an interest in writing all of my life which has become a serious pursuit in the last three years.  I'm an unpublished writer, but am currently working on finishing my first novel and have written four short stories.  My varied background has provided me broad knowledge on a lot of subjects.  Matched with my knack for creating prose, I feel that I can offer unique solutions.
