I am a poet and a storyteller.
Poetry became a profession for me in 1993, and I have never looked back. With over 300 poems in print, I feel a tremendous connection to every line I write and every thought I share.  Some of my best poems have been recognized in national anthologies and local newpapers from 2000 to the present.
For over six years I have been writing stories for children ages 3 and up. My first children's book (Billy and the Angry Germs, Trafford Press) was released in the fall of 2007. It has been warmly recieved by schools and caregivers for it's imaginitive approach in helping kids learn the importance of washing your hands. It has been a great success.
I look forward to working on a variety of projects that will challenge my skills and broaden my range of writing.  Thank you for your time.
