I pride myself on creating FAST and ATTRACTIVE communication solutions, so whatever your needs are, I've got the skills to get the job done and done right. Over the years, I have developed a very diverse portfolio that includes clients and projects from one end of the spectrum to the other!
Every new job is an adventure. It is an opportunity to learn new things and develop new skills as well as to put my experience and expertise to work for you! There is nothing as satisfying as to hear back AFTER the design is done - that it performed as intended. Creating a good looking design isn't enough for me -- I want it to work!
My specialties are creating print materials: direct mail, coupons, brochures, magazine and newspaper ads, newsletters, annual reports, catalogs, books, magazines, sales flyers and miscellaneous stationary pieces. I am also skilled in creating and converting documents and books in the epub format for the Kindle, Nook, and iPad. (I use Adobe InDesign CS4 for this - not an online software.)
I design logos, collateral graphics for websites, banner ads, billboards, t-shirts, business cards and invitations. I retouch digital photographs and create clipping masks for objects in PhotoShop. I design forms in Acrobat Professional and I do a minimal amount of digital illustration.
I create personalized, professional presentations in PowerPoint. (I have extensive experience in designing custom presentation graphics for contemporary Christian church services and for state government social services.) I am also skilled in e-newsletter creation in IMAKENEWS, CONSTANT CONTACT and iCONTACT.
With an educational background that includes an AS in Broadcasting, a BA in Marketing and more that 20 years experience in graphic design, you will find my e-marketing / social media marketing expertise is also exceptional.
I really do love what I do! I work hard and work smart - combining marketing, research, and just some stellar design techniques for an outstanding end result!
