I participated in a series of seminaries about leadership, self improvement, time management, and stress management throughout the United States. From Seattle, WA spring of 2006, to Valley Forge, PA; Washington, DC, and Nashville, TN spring of 2007.

In 2007 I had the wonderful privilege of being one of the 400 honor members out of 2 million eligible members from Phi Theta Kappa who participated in the 2007 International Honors Institute in Wheaton, IL near Chicago.
