I am an experienced professional with a career profile of over Five (5) years design and construction work. I have excellent Design-development and Project coordination skills in residential, commercial, industrial and entertainment building projects, some notable projects include my work with Quadrangle Architects Ltd, Toronto on the Downtown Markham and Corktown district phase II projects.

At George Popper Architect apart from the design development duties, I have had a vast array of experience working on Commercial property management projects adopting the ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 Standards of measurement and analysis some of which have included properties at 325 Front Street West, 1 Yorkdale Road, 1 - 4 Robert Speck Parkway etc., all under the management of Oxford Properties Group.

Most notably on the International front was my direct involvement in the Integrated Design-development process and Project coordination work for the All African Games Village Complex "Abuja 2003" a continental housing project while on staff support assignments to the CCECC (China Civil Engineering and Construction Corporation, Abuja) from Pyramid Architects with project contract value of over $50,600,000 USD.  

I possess a Bachelors degree in Architecture, CaGBC-LEED® Accreditation, Toronto and International work experience, proficiency in the use of Autodesk AutoCAD 2010 and Revit Architecture 2009, an eye for detail and on-site experience in Construction and Project Management, I am sure to deliver top quality and professional services for your design and drafting requirements.
