- Design of power distribution systems, lighting, teledata, architectural floor plans and sections, equipment spacing, and much more.

- In the drafting department, I am experienced in creating mechanical sections for critical parts, architectural elevations and sections, floor plans, site plans, mechanical hvac layouts, electrical layouts, plumbing, cable racking, isometric views and point-of-view drawings.

- I am also very capable of creating full detail autocad drawings from conceptual sketches.

- Very experienced in creating floor plans from hand drawn prints.

- Design residential floor plans, and commercial building additions

- Limited use of Mechanical Design, however I am able to do HVAC layouts with ductwork

I started doing freelance work mostly because I needed the extra money, but now I find that I really enjoy doing more than just getting extra income. It gives me a chance to reach out and meet more people and network my abilities.

I am currently the Estimating Manager at B & B Designed Systems in Orbisonia, PA and will be able to provide estimating services as well. I do not have access to my cell phone so the best way to reach me during work hours is my e-mail.

I have an associate's degree in Machine drafting and currently attending college at Grantham University for my Bachelor's in electrical engineering. I have been doing AutoCAD since 1993 while I was in highschool.

The rate shown is for design services, for simple drafting service it is $15/hr.
