Service Description:
My name is Tina Murray Anderson.  Welcome to my portfolio!  I have been drawing ever since I was a child as I listened to my mother tell stories she created, watching her scribble out sketches on paper to bring the characters to life.  I now find myself doing the same thing with my grandchildren.  Life has a way of flying by, so I won't waste too much time writing this!  There is a blank sheet of paper on my drafting table with a pencil sitting next to it....waiting for me, wondering what I will draw next!  I can't wait to see the final outcome!
I am passionate about drawing with graphite, but also work in colored pencil, pen & ink, water color, and acrylic.  Graphite has a way of letting the viewer analyze the lines and shading without getting lost in the choice of color.  It is calming to the eye.
I enjoy the challenge of turning other's thoughts and ideas into art.  My finished pieces are of the highest quality.  I once wrote a poem that went something like this....

There's a picture in my pencil
Stuck somewhere in the lead
But I can't get the picture
From the pencil to my head!

I have over thirty years experience putting my ideas on paper.  To me a sharpened pencil creates new possiblities.  I am ready and willing to bring your thoughts to the empty sheets in my studio.  I hope you enjoy viewing my portfolio.  If you would like to see additional samples of my work visit my website  www.tinaandersonart.com  And remember...."You're never too old to color!"...get out that box of crayons and buy yourself a coloring book...if you're worried about someone seeing you, invite a child to sit by your side.  :-)
