WETLANDS:  In depth knowledge of bio-geo-chemical  processes.  Experience with wetland design, creation, and restoration.  Extensive understanding of legislation and regulation, experience in wetland delineation, functional assessment, construction observation, and monitoring.  

PROTECTED SPECIES:  Thorough working knowledge of endangered species survey, habitat assessment, and research techniques.  Field research experience with large & small mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish.  

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT:  Successful project management experience coordinating the diverse requirements and environmental concerns of several NEPA Environmental Assessment projects.  Certification and experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (All Appropriate Inquiry).

WATER QUALITY:  NPDES permitting projects typically involve water quality sampling, aquatic biotic inventory, BMP recommendation, and possible alternative water quality standards.  Completed several Diagnostic Feasibility Studies for IEPA Clean Lakes Program.

NATIVE PRAIRIE:  Comprehensive expertise in native prairie seed mixes, planting, monitoring, and controlled burn techniques.  Ability to integrate knowledge of wildlife biology to develop a holistic native ecosystem.
