The primary category of a profile cannot be changed, but you can modify the profile's subcategories. Because several items relate to the category of a profile (bids, portfolio samples, alerts, etc.), system integrity would be violated if the category could be changed.

If your profile must be listed in a different category, you will need to deactivate the existing profile and post a new profile in the correct category.
