You may upgrade or downgrade the membership level of you provider profiles at any time. If you are upgrading during a billing period, for the remainder of that billing period your charges will be pro-rated.

To modify your membership level, please follow these steps:

• Login.
• Open "My Profiles" by clicking the corresponding link on the main menu.
• Select the profile you want to modify by clicking its title.
• From the "Options" menu, click the "Modify Membership Level" menu item.
• Make your required changes to the membership level.
• Save your changes.
• Follow the remaining steps presented by the website.
