You may upgrade or downgrade the membership level of you provider profiles at any time. If you are upgrading during a billing period, for the remainder of that billing period your charges will be pro-rated.
To modify your membership level, please follow these steps:
- Login.
- Open "My Profiles" by clicking the corresponding link on the main menu.
- Select the profile you want to modify by clicking its title.
- From the "Options" menu, click the "Modify Membership Level" menu item.
- Make your required changes to the membership level.
- Save your changes.
- Follow the remaining steps presented by the website.
