A project award may be retracted for any reason as long as it has not already been accepted or declined by its recipient. To retract an award, please follow these steps:

• Login.
• Open "My Projects" by clicking the corresponding link on the main menu.
• Click on the "Buying" tab.
• Select the project by clicking on the project's title.
• Click on the "Bids" tab.
• Locate the bid you would like to retract the award from.
• Click the "retract award" link.
• Follow the remaining steps presented by the website.
