Description: We need custom house plans drawn to be around 5,000-6,000 square feet. The 2 story home should be a Spanish/Mediterranean/Tuscan style home. Which should have Stucco outside, with a Tile Roof, stone columns and a possible stone façade in some areas.

I only want experienced people who have done homes in the USA before, who know all the guidelines and building codes in the USA. The home will be located in New Mexico.

I would like a complete set of construction plans, as I will be subcontracting the home myself, I want all the details in the plans so no guess work is involved. I would like the following in the plans:

A) Full Trim Schedule – Door, Window, Crown Molding, Base Boards, etc
B) Room Finish Schedule – Which will include, Ceiling, Floor, Wall, Window, Electrical, Plumbing, etc
C) Interior Elevation – Of special sections, including cabinets, built-ins, etc
D) Exterior Stone, Stucco Trim, Exterior Elevation Profiles
E) Frame Layout (Prep for Licensed Structural Engineer)
F) Additional cross-sections if required
G) Photo realistic 3D image of front elevation and 2 interior elevation
H) Would need all other aspects a regular houseplan would entail

Please send me sample/related work that pertains to the same style of house I am looking for. Please provide me a list of what will be included in your bid project.

Description: I have two floor plans that I need revisions.  The first one is a simple revison which involves mirroring the floorplan and adding one more bay fin the garage.
