Because this is an old home, we do not have any CAD or DWG files and the architecture plans have been burnt in a fire. We did an illustration based on a fax we found of the home and need to have a very experience person to work within these parameters as this is all we can provide.

Photos of surrounding areas, interior design and furniture, specifications, materials and colours will be provided to the successful bidder.
