5) Animation to be used across multiple platforms including television advertising....  $6000 annual budget, 12 animations per year... 15-20 seconds long
6) Annual maintenance contract for design and changes on all aspects such as database, site functionality, animation, and other tasks as needed... to be paid monthly for a one year contract $7500 ($625 per month for first year), subject to renewal

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UNTIL PROJECT IS COMPLETED AND SATISFACTORY

Payment shall be via paypal, we shall retain the rights to all and any work performed and require the service provider to enter into a confidentiality and use agreement as noted below.

You should be prepared to enter into said contract and provide verifiable details regarding your company and or self.

We shall be using a standard contractor agreement with benchmarks noted in said same contract by and between our Canadian based company and the service provider.  Please do NOT bid on this project unless you can do the work as needed in the manner needed, based on our requirements to be spelled out in detail.
