The project manager must have experience in being able to source talent to complete the several sections of the website to other assistants and then compile the website without disclosing the final project. a NDA will be signed by the awarded project manager. This site must be fully functional and ready for launch in 30 days.

The candidate must Provide solutions to ideas, step outside the box and create a magical web experience

Specifics:
* This project requires graphic interfaces, database, autoresponder integration as well as google maps and Real estate data (MLS) multi listing information from my provider.
* Pull property data from our current provider and provide a custom display on the website
* Have in depth knowledge on posing and reviewing projects.
* The project manager will be required to hire programmers, web designers, testers as needed to complete the website at the employers cost with prior approval.
* Employer is located in Perth Western Australia +8 timezone – Day communication is a plus
* Provide ideas on implementation, data centers, database management and real estate MLS systems.
* Knowledge and assistance to provide me with different possibilities in this venture
* Iphone/ipad compatible development
* Template building for easy editing of copy and graphics
* This is a “non” flash website but must be highly interactive
* SEO and PPC experience is a must.
* The website Design look and feel has been completed, no designer required.
* Access to experience programmers to turn this idea into reality.
* A prototype site is required in 10 days (back end functionality not needed at this point)
