My firm, Southwest Business Services, operates on the premise that too many entrepreneurs are forced into cookie-cutter solutions by consultants that care more about their next deal than the client.  Once their plan is finished so are they.

Depending on workload, plan creation may take from one to two weeks after I receive the questionnaire in order to complete the first draft.  The final draft is based on your input and, to the extent possible, on the requirements of the plan's target audience.

We require a 50% deposit to start and the remainder prior to release of the draft-stamped plan.

My funding plans are professionally created and used by clients to obtain funding in an economic environment of increasingly limited funding.  I have over thirty years of experience in a number of sectors.  What I create is modeled, researched and written just for you, for your circumstances.  This is not new to me: I have decades of experience writing business plans.  Due diligence and in-depth research are hallmarks of this company.

The reason that my work does what is intended—achieve the client's objective—rests with the fact that I not only take raw information and exhaustively research and model it; but then mold the information to fit the client's objective.  If funding is the objective, and it usually is, I try to work with the requirements of identified funding sources to provide what is needed for plan approval.  A plan that is nice looking but does not meet its objective is not worth much.
