Description: We're looking for several talented content providers in English!

We are looking to put together a team of freelance writers. We are in need of a huge database of articles and newsletter content, we manage a network of websites and we need them populated with articles about real estate and the current market developments. Subjects include Buying and Selling Real Estate, Investing, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Wholesales and more. They'll need to be at least 350 and maximum 500 words and ORIGINAL!!!! We will verify every article through our software to confirm the article is original. We'll pay $1-$5 per article and you can write as many as you want per day.

Prior work samples will be required. Any candidates considered will be given a topic and reference points to write an article that will show as proof to validate skills.

Description: I run a free online community website for people to share, discuss, rate and get the latest buzz on the many free product samples and freebie offers that are available on the internet. Because there are many daily offerings, I'm seeking a dependably creative writer to help create 2 uniquely simple descriptions (~200word and ~50word descriptions) in conversational tone to inform the reader about the free sample offer. I need the writer to return the completed works back to me within 24 hours of assignment. In most cases, the free sample offer sells itself so a creative marketing ploy is not needed.

But what I don’t need are writers that take easy short cuts by borrowing/copying sentences, phrases and paragraphs from pre-existing content sources and claiming it to be their unique content. Rather, I’m seeking a versatile writer that knows how to use simple English in conversational tone. That person enjoys the process of penning his/her thoughts into words that are easily understood by the reader. So if you’re that type of writer, please read on.

If you (the author) are selected, I (the buyer) will initially forward the web links (~3 web links per day) to various sample offerings via email. Within 24 hours, the author will send the 2 completed descriptions back to the buyer. If the description does not meet the buyer’s approval, then the author agrees to revise and send the revised work back to buyer within 12 hours. The buyer will issue a PayPal payment within 24 hours upon approval. This pay-as-you-go process will repeat itself there on after.  The buyer will retain all rights and ownership including exclusive copyright to the work and its derivatives. All rights and ownership are transferred from the author to the buyer immediately upon payment. The content the author delivers must adhere to all copyright laws. There is to be no cut and paste, no paraphrasing and no plagiarism.

So if you are able to dedicate a few hours each day to creating uniquely simple content for this project, then I encourage you to place a bid. Based on the pay-as-you-go process stated above, you’ll need to clearly state the cost of your writing services in your response. I would appreciate it if you could break the cost down into simple terms like $ per web offer, which will include both the ~200word and the ~50word descriptions. Your bid for this project implies that you have agreed to the above terms.
