Description: Production Schedule Project
An Excel spreadsheet contains the production schedule for a winery. We want relevant data to be outputted into a PowerPoint slideshow which updates each time the slideshow cycles.

Want to extract data from the excel file based on a week of the year and put it into PowerPoint. So for one week the same data will be displayed, then the next week a new range of data will be displayed. Currently the excel spreadsheet contains all the production runs for a specific period.

This is variable because at different times of the year there may be more or less productions. Data is added and deleted from this file throughout the day and needs to be updated on the slideshow.

When the powerpoint show cycles it will update the display with the most recent information from the excel spreadsheet. So if a user deletes a row, this will be deleted from the slideshow the next time the slideshow cycles. We would like to keep the formatting of each cell (colours, bold etc.)

The first 3 rows are a headings that needs to be displayed on the output.
The data to be displayed will be for the current week of the year.
This will run on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 and Microsoft Office 2003 Professional
Service Pack 3 (Excel 2003 SP3 and Powerpoint 2003 SP3)
There will be other slides with graphs and images, but are not involved with this project
Example: week 41 is a section of the spreadsheet that we want to output to the PowerPoint slideshow. In week 42 of the year we want to output week 42 data and so on...each week is variable in length and can change throughout the day, but the columns are always the same. So, week 41 may contain 50 production runs and week 42 may only contain 10. the number of rows may change during the day (so for week 41, it may decrease from 50 to 45)
