Description: At Hospital Telephone & Telcom, we provide a TV & Telephone billing service to hospitals. We charge patients a daily fee for the availability of a telephone. In order for them to have access to local/long distance calls that are outside of the hospital, we need a system that the patient can dial a code on their phone or make a specific call to customer service that activates the phone.  Upon the discharge of the patient, we need the phone to deactivate.

We need:

-An automated system that Hospital patients can dial a code on their phone to activate the ability to use it

-A system that links with the hospital ADT network and can pass us along the patient data of the patient who triggers phone activation, and in turn deactivates the phone upon patient discharge.
