Description: THE PROJECT
I have a unique residential construction project in North Miami Beach, Florida that will be a Net Zero environmentally green home with all the bells and whistles. The concept is to produce an outstanding showcase green, safe and smart home to educate the public and potential clients of “the home of the future”. Something very unique to the South Florida market. See attached renderings to give you an idea.

In order to make this project remotely financially viable I need to create partnerships in all of the building trades with key industry brands through sponsorship opportunities. At the same time I will need to build brand identity, generate awareness and promote the home to target audiences. All through traditional PR and Web initiatives in regional and national media.  

THE OPPORTUNITY:
I am looking for competitive bids from accomplished PR & Marketing individuals, preferably with experience in raising sponsorship for sustainable building or similar, to provide costs for the following:

• Turnkey Sponsorship Services - Draft entire sponsorship package, contracts, promotional overview, sponsor opportunities, levels and cost, sponsor outreach and securement at tiered levels. $_______

• Turnkey Marketing & PR – media relations, drafting press and sponsor releases, drafting all articles, editorial placement and pitches, media spokesperson etc. $_______
