Our Outsourcing facilities are equipped with high security, Data Back-up and Redundancy measures, Back-up Power supplies, including back-up generator and connections with two different power suppliers, IPLC connectivity. All hardware and software is maintained for maximum efficiency.

Our Employees
I2c has relationships with various employment agencies and training centers, which facilitate the recruitment and training of new talent. Our in-house Human Resources carefully evaluate each new candidate, in search of the right experience, skill, and character fit for the job. Each new recruit undergoes the extensive training, including accent elimination and cultural understanding. Each group of 12-15 agents is monitored by a senior-level Supervisor.
