This was a project I did for a trucking company. I made recipe jars for the salesmen to deliver to their clients over the holidays. Attached to each recipe jar was a little thank you note. This was on one side, the directions on how to make the brownies was on the other. The image was downloaded from their website, cropped, and resized to work. The original file was done in MS Publisher however, in order to make it work in my portfolio, I had to save the image as a .jpg.

This is a very simple, two-person interview transcript. Each speaker is identified on the left side and the text is broken up into five- to eight-line paragraphs for easy reading. Our transcripts are always formatted to the clients' specifications, but if they have no preference, this simple format is used.

Excel Example
This is a sample of a data entry project. DO NOT RUN THE MACRO! This .xsl file displays the end result of running the macro. The project began with importing the email addresses from a Word document. The macro then copied the email addresses to the second column, converted them to hyperlinks, and opened each of the web pages. The rest of the data was entered manually from the websites. Coding the macro notwithstanding the entire project took one hour to complete.
Sample Summary
This document includes some formatting not seen in the first. It is also needed in the same folder as the first document (sample.doc) for the in-document hyperlinks to work.
Research Sample
This research was conducted for a client wanting to relocate his business to Aruba. It contains all the information the client required. This report, including all research, represents approximately two hours' work.
Background Image
This image was created using Adobe Photoshop. The parliament building was cut from a photograph and then coloured in a solid colour. It was placed upon a blue background, and finally a layer of yellow was added in a gradient from bottom to top at 50% opacity.
Database Project
This is a sample of a database project. The .zip file includes a Microsoft Access database, a screen capture of the interface, and a .bas file containing some of the VB6 code used. A plain text file of the VB code is included for those who cannot open .bas files.
