I have created Powerpoint slide shows with animation and sound. I've designed forms in both Word and Excel. I have created spreadsheets for sales representatives that have included formulas from calcullating their discount from a specific vendor to the customer margin off list as well as figuring out the GPM dollars per item. Creation of forms within Word and Excel have been requested of me as well as the design of a data entry data base for an international real estate tax company.
I have trained several personnel in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Lotus and several other in-house systems during my 20 years. I have had extensive training in transcription and dictation, as well as formal business letter writing.
I love to do research, especially when given a topic and being told to see what I can find. I will search hard copies as well as internet sources. I am an avid reader and have written reviews on occasion.
