The purpose of this training was to teach employees on how to contact customers who chose to cancel or downgrade their account. This document is the Instructor Guide for this training.

The purpose of this document was to provide employees with a structured integrated on the job training sessions. Newly hired customer service employees, at this company, were required to observed tenured employees handle customer calls. However, there was no structure the activity. I created documents that detailed specific assignments for each on the job session.

An innovative approach to teaching a public relations class had students partner with non-profit organizations to create specific media and marketing projects such as press kits, brochures, event budgets, and other items. Students gained valuable hands on media management, production and public relations experience while local non-profit organizations received quality service at no cost.

Cindi Courbat, founder and director of Creative Concepts is a college professor, motivational speaker and veteran journalist/media consultant.

Cindi has organized numerous student and community events relating to performing arts. Cindi has planned, produced and promoted community stage events, poetry slams, concerts and other types of entertainment locally and nationally. She has worked as a stage manager and drama instructor. This event evolved from a classroom assignment to a campus wide competition and special event drawing over 30 participants and an audience of over 500. Students competed for over $1,000 in cash and prizes.
