Description: I have over 20 years of commercial illustration and design experience in many mediums, both traditional and electronic. I am an expert in watercolor, acrylics, pastels, pen and ink, graphite, and Photoshop. I have melded traditional and electronic art to create some very interesting results.
I excel at storyboards, event rendering, ad and packaging layouts, comps, cartooning, and product rendering in any style with ease. I am fast, and known for doing it right the first time. I have designed and illustrated for packaging, POP displays, marketing programs, ad campaigns, games, and publishing. I ALWAYS make the deadlines, and quite often ahead of schedule!
 I have won many POPAI awards and a Mobius Award for my packaging & display illustrations in the food and liquor industries. I have 3 Calliope Awards for game illustrations. I just won the third one for the Microsoft game "Age of Empires III" in June, 2008.
I specialize in illustrative, novelty, and historic cartography, which is very helpful in creating vast and detailed play fields for historic games. I've worked on almost every different game format there is. From electronic games and light card based games to very involved hard-core turn based games. I've done them all. I got my start as a pinball-video game artist at Bally/Midway in the 80's. Games are in my blood!
