Description: I'm an animator/modeler/illustrator with over 5 years of industry experience and would relish the opportunity of working on your project. I am currently working as a freelance 3D Artist/Animator and Illustrator as well as animating a 3D pre-school animated series for Cultoon TV. Before this I worked as a Maya Layout Artist for Glasgow Animation on the major animated feature Sir Billi (starring Sean Connery).

I also worked as a Lead Animator/Art Director and Blender 3D Animator/Modeler for Apocalyptic Designs for which I am currently working on an upcoming undislosed PC and Wii title.

Description: I have worked professionally as a cartoonist since 2001, a large portion of which was working on United Features' "Nancy" doing backgrounds and color for the Sunday funnies. For two years during this period, I also produced a weekly Inspirational comic feature called "Solomon Road" which was syndicated by DBR Media. I have since also developed a feature for syndication, have been working on all-ages graphic novels and worked as a caricature artist.

I was trained in traditional media; pencil, paper and then inked in with Winsor Newton brushes and India Ink on Strathmore Bristol board. However,  I am equally proficient using direct to digital through Photoshop, Manga Studio and Flash with a Wacom Cintiq tablet.

My passion is cartooning but I also love every aspect of sequential art and related design. Logo design, book illustration, story boarding, book cover illustration, character design, all ages comic books, mascot design, flash animation, children's books, and web design are also part of my skill set and experience. This is a children's book cover for an educational phonics series called "ABC the Key". There were ten books in the series each with a color cover and from 8 to 10 full page black and white illustrations on the inside. I shared pencil and inking duties and did all of the color for the series.
"Nancy" is one of the most beloved characters in comic strip history. Created by Ernie Bushmiller in the 1930s the strip has been property of United Features since then. I have assisted on Nancy for 6 years, drawing and inking backgrounds etc. For the last few years I have also been the colorist for the Nancy using a basic "cut and grad" style.
This is a page from a 40 page graphic novel I penciled, inked and colored for Rubicon Publishing's "Bold Print" series. This project was penciled and inked in Manga Studio 4 Debut and colored and pre-pressed in Adobe Photoshop CS3.
