Description: I have been shooting high quality images for more than 20 years.  Some professionally, and some for the sheer joy of it, and the satisfaction it brings me.  I'd like to do the same for you.
For a period of about 3 years I had the privilege of shooting freelance for the San Diego Zoo's monthly members publication, ZooNooz, with several cover shots. Unfortunately a policy change restricted photos to in-house only.
I have extensive travel experience in all types of conditions including the Amazon Basin, Cusco, and Machu Pichu in Peru, Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, Copper Canyon and the Sea of Cortez in Mexico, western regions of Canada, and a large part of Costa Rica.  And I'm absolutely willing to travel based upon the need of the client.  Because of my artistic and creative vision, no assignment would be beyond my talents.
My goal, in what ever I'm currently shooting, is to evoke some kind of emotion in the eye of the beholder.
My techs are sound and effective, but I'm always looking to improve upon my craft.
My message to my former photography students - Photography is a very personal art form.  Beyond the basic techs there is no right or wrong.  It's how the person behind the camera sees the subject.  And always use critique to advance your skills.

Description: I have been a photographer for over 20 years.  I received my formal technical training in photography at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.  I then rounded my training by earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in photography from Ladycliff College in New York state.  I attribute my "eye" to my education in the arts.

I specialize in scenic and landscape photography.
