Transcription (Medical or General):
- Transcription from standard tapes, CD’s, MP3, Wav, Wma, Dss files and more.  Please note 60 minutes of recording can take 3 to 6 hours to transcribe, depending on the quality of the file.  Due to quality and other variables, please contact us regarding quote.

Sales / Marketing:
- Phone calls to leads or follow up with clients to update or correct their contact details or other information required.  Provide support to clients e.g. with placing orders.

General Administration:
- Reception (phone), photocopying, secretarial skills, co-ordination of events such as implementation of computers or software (new or upgrades) or meetings.
