• Packaging of a video conferencing A/V integration technology company in preparation of raising capital for phase two of the company.  ELASTIC developed Executive Summaries highlighting the company and its achievements and developed a strategy for raising funds and an operations strategy post-funding.
• Assisted with market analysis and created a business plan and investor presentations for an international shipping fund looking to raise between $250MM and $500MM.
• Worked with a group of New York investors to target, analyze and purchase commercial real estate (direct acquisitions or note purchases) in the South Florida market.
• Strategy development for a distressed real estate loan fund.  ELASTIC worked with the fund to define their business model.  ELASTIC then developed financial models and business plans required to assist the fund in raising its initial round of financing targeting $10MM in the initial fund.
• Development of a proprietary analysis and reporting system for the real estate and distressed loan industry.  Output a set of appraisal reports to assist in the purchasing of certain distressed loans.
