We development professional, effective documentation. We have both technical and business expertise combined with a firm grasp of adult learning, instructional design and marketing to greatly ease the flow of information. We create presentations, manuals, quick reference cards, elearning modules for various methods of delivery.

Designed and developed an informational website to communicate new procedures and processes relating to software upgrade.

Created an eLearning module as a standalone or refresher course for end-users. This was a custom application created internally for the Federal Reserves Open Markets Operations.

Developed training CD to prepare executives with communication options encompassing the organization’s contingency plan. Created step-by-step instructions as well as video simulations to incorporate an interactive component to the lesson.

A sample lesson from a training that I developed on service recovery. The objective of this training was to provide employees with the process on how to handle escalated customer calls.

The purpose of this training was to teach employees on how to contact customers who chose to cancel or downgrade their account. This document is the Instructor Guide for this training.

Cindi has organized numerous student and community events relating to performing arts. Cindi has planned, produced and promoted community stage events, poetry slams, concerts and other types of entertainment locally and nationally. She has worked as a stage manager and drama instructor. This event evolved from a classroom assignment to a campus wide competition and special event drawing over 30 participants and an audience of over 500. Students competed for over $1,000 in cash and prizes.

An innovative approach to teaching a public relations class had students partner with non-profit organizations to create specific media and marketing projects such as press kits, brochures, event budgets, and other items. Students gained valuable hands on media management, production and public relations experience while local non-profit organizations received quality service at no cost.
