Description: I sell alot of properties via Land Contract.  I switched to a Mac in January 2008.  I have Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional.

My main inventory is in Microsoft Excel.  that is typically my lead schedule.

The Land Contract is currently written in Microsoft Word, I produce a Excel spreadsheet that includes a TruthinLending, Good Faith Estimate and a HUD 1 and another spreadsheet that that provides an amortization schedule.

I also produce a Application, a Sales Detail sheet and a Fact sheet.

It would be ideal to pull property information from the excel spreadsheet and Customer info from the Application into the Land Contract and other attachments.

I currently spend too much time entering the same information over and over again.  I am looking for this process to be streamlined so that I only need to enter the info once and it flows to all other documents and I have confidence that the information is sent to the correct sheets.  

I often send this information by email to a client or upload the information to a printing outlet such as Staples or Fedex Kinkos so that the client can pick up printed copies.  When I send this information, I convert the files to PDF.

I am tired of reentering this info and my volume is growing and I need it to be simple so training staff is not complicated - KISS method would be most appreciated.

P.S. The system designed (having future capability) would be ideal also if it could implement an upload to a website (to be developed) that would encompass all the inventory.
